Texmati® Pecan Rice Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked Texmati® White Rice
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped onions
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Preparation

  • In large skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  • Spoon into casserole, cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes. Recipe may be doubled and used to stuff a 10-12 lb. turkey.
