Texmati® Pecan Rice Stuffing
- 4 cups cooked Texmati® White Rice
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- In large skillet, sauté onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Spoon into casserole, cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes. Recipe may be doubled and used to stuff a 10-12 lb. turkey.
