Official Rules For RiceSelect’s Spooktacular Halloween Contest

HOW TO ENTER: Visit RiceSelect’s Facebook page and web site for a question on Thursday October 25, 2012. Use the entry form on RiceSelect’s web page to submit your answer by Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m CST. Correct entries will be entered in a random drawing the determine the winners. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.
PRIZES, ESTIMATED RETAIL VALUES AND APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING: Twenty Prizes (20): will vary but not exceed average retail value (ARV) of $8.00. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Winner will be notified through the email address provided to obtain prize mailing information. Response must be received within seven (7) days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and prize will be forfeited. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Please allow 2-4 weeks after email notification for delivery of prize. RiceSelect™ and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the prize. Taxes, if any, related to the prize are the responsibility of the individual winner. Return of any prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection.

Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except employees or their agents of RiceSelect™, rice producers and anyone associated with the processing of rice, state and/or national rice organizations and their respective, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void in Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws.
