Garlic & Herb Risotto
1 box Garlic & Herb Risotto
2 ¼ cup water
1 tablespoon butter

In medium saucepan combine water and seasoning; mix well. Stir in rice. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring often, until water is absorbed and rice is creamy and cooked al dente. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
