- 1 cup, uncooked Texmati® White Rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
- 1/2 cup poppy seed dressing
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Combine all ingredients in salad bowl.
- Toss well to distribute salad dressing.
