Pan Pacific Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup, uncooked Kasmati® Rice
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cup salted cashews
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • In a medium bowl, combine rice, onions, cashews, vinegar and sesame seeds. Toss well.
  • Serve warm or room temperature.
