Green Chili Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 cup, uncooked Texmati® White Rice
  • 1 (7 oz) can chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until heated through.
